Hexing has launched an inverter refrigeration solution built on UX series programmable controllers. High-precision sensors and electronic expansion valves enable stepless refrigerant flow adjustment with dual target-temperature and suction-pressure control, supporting R134a, R404a, R448a and R290. Inverter compressors vary frequency by temperature difference to cut start-stop loss, while EC condenser fans trim speed by exhaust pressure to reduce noise and power. Day and night timing control raises setpoints off-peak; electric and hot gas defrost run four-stage cycles with temperature compensation; fault diagnosis with backup values prevents cold chain shutdown. EXTRCOOL provides variable-frequency cold room systems.
