Inside, six core modules keep it running: plate heat exchangers with 93%+ efficiency isolate primary and secondary loops; redundant circulation pumps switch over within 5 seconds; electric regulating valves control temperature within ±0.5°C with fail-open design; nitrogen-filled expansion tanks buffer pressure at 5-10% system volume; 50μm and 20μm multi-stage filters protect cold plate microchannels; and a PLC-based control unit with Modbus and BACnet links to DCIM.
