On June 21, 2026, NVIDIA unveiled Vera Rubin's 100% liquid cooling solution, raising coolant temperature to 45°C for full-loop fan-free operation with large cold plates and microchannel technology, cutting data center PUE from 1.35 to 1.15 with near-zero cooling water consumption. Supporting single-rack power beyond 200kW, the cable-free, hose-free design uses rigid metal manifolds and a 75% water, 25% propylene glycol mix for thermal conductivity, anti-corrosion and bacteriostasis.
