NVIDIA's Certified CDU List Decoded: The Qualified Map of High-Density Liquid Cooling

19 Vendors, 28 Models, 45kW to 3.6MW: Reading NVIDIA's Certified CDU Map for 100MW-Class Builds

With single-GPU power past 1kW and rack heat density above 100kW, NVIDIA's certified CDU list (September 2, 2026) names 19 vendors and 28 models as the benchmark of high-density liquid cooling. Of the 28 models, 24 (86%) are liquid-to-liquid and only four liquid-to-air capped at 130kW; Nautilus leads at 3.6MW, followed by LiquidStack at 2.5MW and Envicool at 2.4MW. The CDU holds about 25% of BOM cost with NVIDIA-class certification taking over 12 months. Envicool is the only mainland China vendor, Vertiv and Boyd cover full stacks, and 14 models carry wetted-materials compatibility.
