At the center of liquid cooling sits the CDU—integrating pump, heat exchanger, sensors and control in a closed loop—and Zhuomao Instruments offers a complete qualification line: performance testing, aging testing, re-testing, cleaning and drying, and vacuum nitrogen filling with pressure holding. Performance testing covers 0-500 LPM at ±0.5% F.S., 0-1000 kPa at ±0.25% F.S., with aging tests reproducing full-lifecycle conditions. The cleaning system achieves metal particles no larger than 50 μm and non-metal particles no larger than 150 μm, and the vacuum nitrogen system evacuates to -100 kPa to pinpoint leaks before shipment.
