25 Joints a Day vs 99% First-Pass NDT: Why the Machine Replaces the Master on CDU Piping

Liquid cooling pipe welding fails most often because skilled welders cannot be replicated: a ten-year master makes only about 25 joints a day, and inner-wall oxidation later peels into cold plates. An MWF closed welder finishes a φ42×2.0mm 316L joint in 2.5 minutes versus a master's 8-10, lifting NDT first-pass to about 99%. A circumferential machine covers rotary seams at three to eight times manual efficiency, with the two machines handling over 90% of CDU welds.
