The Manifold, the Water Pipe That Only Eight Companies Can Make
From $1,000 Inner to $10,000 Rack Manifolds: AVC, Auras and Readore Split the Eight-Seat NVIDIA Table
The manifold, the hub between CDU and server cold plates, comes in two levels: inner manifolds at about $1,000, rack manifolds at about $10,000. Liquid cooling runs on 304 or 316L stainless, not copper, since deionized water dissolves metal ions, and only eight companies worldwide pass into NVIDIA's core circle after pulsed TIG, helium leak testing and ISO 4406 verification. AVC and Auras hold over 70%, and Readore, the only mainland dual-certified vendor, shipped 100,000 sets at 99% yield. Per-rack liquid cooling value climbs from $80,000 to $124,000 on Rubin, where the manifold exceeds 20%. EXTRCOOL provides one-stop liquid cooling solutions.
