EXTRCOOL Deep Freeze Cold Room, Keeping Freshness Locked at the Cell Level
From Hours to Tens of Minutes: Single-Unit Cascade Compression Crosses the Ice Crystal Zone Before Cells Break
The EXTRCOOL Inverter Cold Room deep-freeze system holds a stable -40°C through patented single-unit cascade dual-stage scroll compression. Ordinary -18°C freezing crosses the ice crystal zone slowly so sharp crystals pierce cell walls; the EXTRCOOL system crosses it in tens of minutes, leaving nano-scale crystals and intact cells. The single-unit cascade uses one compressor with medium-pressure vapor injection instead of two stacked machines, simpler and lower in cost. Core figures of 50% energy saving, ±0.5°C and 2min30s hot-gas defrost come from the parent company's CNAS-accredited laboratory. EXTRCOOL provides variable-frequency cold storage solutions.
