The Manifold, the Flow Dispatch Hub Behind Liquid Cooling at Scale

±3% Branch Deviation, 32-64 Stackable Modules and Coolant-Matched Materials: The Dispatch Standards at Scale

The manifold carries distribution, collection and regulation duties. Three roles define it: spreading CDU coolant evenly to 10 to 20 cold plates, collecting the return flow and raising branch flow as GPU load climbs, with domestic manifolds holding 16-branch deviation within ±3%. Sensors alarm below 80% of design flow, and modules stack from 8-16 to 32-64 branches. Material follows coolant: 316 stainless for water, PTFE for fluorinated fluids and Inconel for two-phase immersion, with relief valves at 1.2 times design pressure. Domestic vendors undercut Swagelok and Festo projects by 30-50%. EXTRCOOL provides one-stop liquid cooling solutions.
