Container liquid cooling fuses liquid cooling with the modular data center: cooling system, IT equipment and infrastructure sit inside a standard container, adding fast deployment, flexible expansion and easy transport, with single racks running 10 to 20kW, PUE dropping to 1.05 on cold plate and 1.03 on immersion, deployable on rooftops, basements and remote sites. Cold plate integration comes in cabinet, row and room levels, while immersion packs tanks into a reinforced 40-foot unit supporting hundreds of kilowatts. Sugon Chuang runs immersion in Zhejiang, Lanyang packed 550kW into a 40-foot unit in eight to ten days, and Vertiv, GRC and LiquidStack span every route.
