Differential pressure is merely a change in pressure value; without a throttling device and computational conversion, these data cannot directly represent flow.
In airflow and duct measurements, throttling devices such as Pitot tubes, Venturi tubes, and nozzles convert the air’s kinetic energy into differential pressure signals. FDM06-X can accurately receive and process input signals from various throttling devices and convert them into corresponding flow or air velocity outputs. With multiple output interfaces (4–20 mA, 0–10 V, RS-485), it can be flexibly integrated into compressed air, process air, or energy monitoring systems. It serves as the essential bridge that transforms on-site differential pressure signals into usable data, enabling engineers to see the true flow.
