FDM06-P Average Flow Thermal Mass Transmitter|Accurate and Stable Even in High-Temperature Airflows

Not all thermal mass flow meters can operate stably in high-temperature environments. When the gas temperature exceeds 150 °C, the thermal balance of most sensors will be disrupted, causing measurement errors to increase rapidly.

FDM06-P adopts the thermal mass flow principle combined with a multi-hole Pitot tube averaging structure, which can simultaneously obtain the average flow velocity and mass flow rate while maintaining excellent stability. Its high-temperature version can withstand up to 180 °C, suitable for applications such as high-temperature exhaust, drying furnaces, combustion gases, and hot air pipelines. Compared with single-point hot-wire sensors, the FDM06-P’s averaged velocity design reduces turbulence interference, ensuring linear response and long-term accuracy even under large temperature differences. For engineering applications that require monitoring of high-temperature gas flow, it is not only a measuring instrument but also a professional solution that maintains data reliability under harsh conditions.
