F-Tool CentroClamp 180 with PlusMoreGrip clamping jaws

Flexibility, a broad range of parts and cost-efficient production are requirements requested by modern manufacturing. F-Tool developed clamping devices, which meet these demands.

F-Tool CentroClamp 180 distinguishes due to its compact construction and its exceptional performance characteristics. The basic body consists of a vibration-free grey cast iron, in which the sliding plates are mounted. A stable spindle with trapezoidal thread TR 26 x 3 mm allows high tension forces of 2 x 18 kN. The spindle is laterally displaceable and adjustable to the centre. When using the central clamp on 5-axis milling machines this function is a great advantage. F-Tool CentroClamp covers besides the compact construction a large tension range 0-180 mm. With exchangeable clamping jaws the perfect clamping method can be found for a broad range of parts.

A special hint applies for F-Tool PlusMoreGrip clamping jaws. These can be directly used for clamping raw parts and pre-punched parts can be remounted with high repeating accuracy. The fixing claws have besides the pull-down effect a reference mark, which reflects the position of the part. F-Tool PlusMoreGrip clamping jaws are additional to the fixing of raw parts also suitable for clamping ground workpieces.

The hole pattern of CentroClamp 180 fits by default on EROWA pallets 148, but can also be mounted on other fixtures. With integrated F-Tool PowerPlate centering plates the solution is particularly, compact and economical. These than in turn fit on EROWA clamping chucks with P profile. F-Tool CentroClamp has a compact construction and is thus very easy accessible from five sides.

We are willing to be measured by our price-performance ratio. It’s worth a comparison, especially when a complete robot magazine shall be equipped with centering clamps. We set our priorities on perfect quality at cost-efficient prices.
