Gingo Manipulator for handling glass and frames

Suitable for handling large plates or panels on building sites or inside workshops.

It is a self-sufficient mobile manipulator that allows the high freedom of movement necessary to carry out installations easily and safely.

Available with a load capacity of 350 or 250 kg and in the dismountable version that can be dismantled into six pieces and easily carried by hand and re-assembled in only three minutes.

This manipulator provides balanced movement which allows positioning of the glass/sheet directly by hand.

Gingo is also equipped with an accumulation tank to guarantee full cycle in case of air failure.

Two people are able to install large glass walls or windows without any by moving and positioning them directly with their hands. Gingo reacts sensitively to hand movements, so that the operators do not need to use any control buttons.

Two convertible pneumatic circuits can also be connected to an external compressor.

Installation times are reduced by 60%, risks of injury and damage are significantly reduced.

Suitable not only for installations on building sites, but also for loading and unloading lorries as well as for handling products in factories.
