IP65 power supply with 110 VDC output for harsh industrial environments
The fully encapsulated PSU500L110-K converts 230 VAC into reliable 110 VDC power and is designed for decentralized installations, outdoor systems and demanding industrial applications
In many industrial applications, standard 24 VDC power supplies are simply not enough. Systems with contactors, magnetic valves, relays, tunnel lighting, signaling systems or decentralized control units often require significantly higher DC voltages — and they must remain reliable even in harsh environments.
The FEAS PSU500L110-K was developed exactly for these demanding conditions. It converts 230 VAC input voltage into a stable 110 VDC output with 4 A and 440 W output power. Unlike conventional cabinet-mounted power supplies, this version is designed for direct use in demanding industrial environments.
Its fully encapsulated aluminum housing protects the electronics against dust, moisture, vibration and aggressive ambient conditions. The integrated cable version with IP65 protection allows easy installation directly at the machine, in outdoor systems or decentralized installations where standard terminal solutions are often unsuitable.
The PSU500L110-K is intentionally designed as an unregulated power supply. This means fewer sensitive components, high operational reliability, long service life and excellent suitability for electromechanical loads such as relays, solenoid valves, contactors and PLC applications.
The isolated output complies with PELV according to EN 60204 and SELV according
to EN 62368, while approvals according to VDE, UL and CSA provide additional safety for international projects.
For global applications, FEAS also offers variants for 115 VAC input voltage as well as terminal connection versions — allowing easy standardization across different markets and installation concepts.
When higher DC voltages, IP65 protection and long-term industrial reliability are required, the PSU500L110-K provides a robust and practical solution.
