Laser has become an new tool and widely used in various industries, supporting global industrial upgrading and economic transformation.
During laser processing, the dynamic focusing technology breaks the limitation of F-Theta mirror on the size of working field, which makes the high speed processing with small spot under large size become possible.
Due to the lack of simple and effective measurement method for large working field calibration, the performance of the equipment is limited and the accuracy can not be fully played.
FEELTEK dynamic focusing system uses automatic calibration platform to cablibrate under 400x400(mm): through high-precision motion platform equipped with transportable vacuum adsorption, using visual recognition technology to automatically identify correction samples, import detection data to LenMark system and achieve iteration, no personnel interferometry, easy to achieve measured deviation ≤ 0.025 mm after three iterations.
