Use automatic tightening systems equipped with nose piece with elastic hose and mechanical grip: it allows reaching very narrow and deep tightening points, avoiding the loss of screws. The loss of screw is a critical aspect to avoid in all productive sectors. These nose pieces are mechanical devices specifically designed by Fiam that guarantee a perfect grip of the screw and avoid jams caused by an incorrect positioning (for example in some cases of vacuum screw systems).
The device is available on all Fiam automatic screw feeding and tightening systems: manual as well as automatic ones.
The features of the screw heads

- Perfect screw holding position in any screwdriver’s orientation (inclined/horizontal etc.)
