NJ and NJR automatic screw presenters allow effective pick & place operations during tightening processes by eliminating manual activities of picking up and positioning of the screws.

TIGHTEN WITH ONE HAND

With NJ automatic screws presenters for manual use, pick the screw up from the selection rail directly with your screwdriver using a magnetic bit. The other hand can be used to hold the component in position making the assembly operation easier.

Automatic screw presenters can be used with:

- Magnetizable screws with shank diameters from 2 to 5 mm and PHILLIPS (or POZIDRIV) drives

- Straight air and electric screwdrivers with start lever.

PICK & PLACE WITH SCREW SUCTION SYSTEMS

NJR automatic screw presenters, in addition to manual use, can be used with automatic tightening systems thanks to the screw suction system. Thanks to this solution the screw is engaged on the tool bit through the negative pressure created by the vacuum pump. This allow an easy pick up and a firmly retention of the screw by its head, while it is moved for final tightening.

These types of presenters are ideal for:

- Screws made of any material, even non-magnetizable

- Air and electric nutrunner motors and screwdrivers with screw suction systems.
