The new OM-26 automatic screw presenters are effective Pick & Place systems that eliminate the steps of picking and placing the screw during tightening operations.

Thanks to the capacity of the bowl, they process M2 to M6 magnetizable steel screws with under-head lengths up to 25 mm.

The innovative rotary screw selection system, which separates screws one by one by positioning them at the pick-up point, offers several advantages:

• Efficient pick-up thanks to the magnetized blade and practical pick-up "well"

• Time-saving and simple actions for the operator

• No screw jams

Both are equipped with a linear rails that can be replaced to feed screws of different sizes.

With OM-26M automatic screws presenters for manual use, you can pick the screw up from the selection rail directly with your screwdriver using a magnetic bit and tighten directly with one hand.

The other hand can be used to hold the component in position making the assembly operation easier for the operators.

EASY OF USE WITHOUT ANY JAMS

The rotary screw selection system separates the screws one by one and positions them at the pick-up point, with easy of use for the operators and preventing screws from jamming.

The pick-up point has a screw detection sensor with a signal output cable (on/off) useful for fully automatic use.
