The Enhanced Version of the SKYCOPTER Confined Space Inspection Drone is Available at Fiberscope.net

An enhanced model of a collision-resistant industrial drone for various inspections, including confined spaces and hazardous locations, features superb illumination and extended flight time.

Everyone in the industrial inspection business is well aware that certain types of inspection pose a significant risk to human life and health. This is particularly true of confined spaces with the presence of poisonous gasses, radiation, lack of oxygen, and other similar conditions. Drones come as a handy solution in protecting humans from hazards. The revamped version of the SKYCOPTER inspection drone is suitable for use under the conditions mentioned above and in various applications where only zoom cameras or crawlers have traditionally been used. These applications include, for instance, the inspection of tanks, silo towers, storage vessels, large diameter pipelines, and buildings' structural integrity assessment.

The SKYCOPTER inspection UAV has the benefit of being manufactured by a NASA contractor company and compares favorably with most similar drones. The drone is encircled with a durable protective cage shielding the aerial vehicle from mechanical damage. The flight time on one charge is up to 14 minutes, and the Smart Battery System of four rechargeable batteries ensures a practically limitless, uninterrupted inspection time. A full HD camera on a radio-controlled gimbal provides a clear and crisp image, while enhanced 12000 Lumen lighting makes inspection feasible even in a completely dark setting.

The industry-leading remote control unit has a detachable external multidirectional antenna and an LCD screen for a flight telemetry control. Inspection proceedings may be visualized either using First-Person View goggles with large 1280 x 960 OLED panels or a ruggedized tablet. Video of the inspection can be recorded on an SD card inserted into the goggles or the ground station, or it may be stored in the drone's memory.

On top of that, the drone may carry up to 250g (0.55 lb.) of customizable extra payload based on the requirements of every specific inspection, such as additional cameras or detectors.

Quality, versatility, and one of the best in the industry cost-effectiveness make the new SKYCOPTER inspection drone a tool of choice for a wide (and growing) spectrum of industrial inspections.
