Fiberscope.net is Proud to Introduce an Ultra-Thin Diameter Probe for Voyager C40 Video Borescope Camera

A new 1.3mm ultra-thin probe has broadened the possibilities of VOYAGER C40 Borescope Camera

Fiberscope.net, a prominent online supplier of remote visual inspection tools, is proud to announce a significant upgrade to its popular video borescope camera, the VOYAGER C40. The newly added ultra-thin probe, with an outer diameter of only 1.3mm, sets a new industry standard, providing distinctive versatility and efficiency. This advancement overcomes previous limitations in fiberscope technology, ensuring improved resolution and enhanced footage capture capabilities. Prior, only fiberscopes could be manufactured with such tiny diameters. However, fiberscopes had several drawbacks, such as poor resolution, a honeycomb pattern on the image caused by fiber strands, and the inability to capture footage. Today, Fiberscope.net offers a new tiny video probe that moves beyond these limitations, providing good resolution and image quality. The VOYAGER C40 has a selection of probes with a diameter range from 1.3mm to 6mm, making it one of the most versatile and efficient micro video borescope cameras on the market. It is equipped with all the necessary technologies for inspecting aircraft turbines, helicopter engines, automobile transmission cases, internal parts of electric motors, and other areas. Its key features include a lightweight design, interchangeable probes, tip articulation, and easy-to-use software. The compact and lightweight design makes the VOYAGER C40 easy to operate with one hand. The different diameters and lengths of probes available can be efficiently interchanged with the same base, increasing its range of applications and reducing costs. Mechanical tip articulation with either a 4-way (for 2mm/2.8mm/3.9mm and 6mm probes) or a 2-way (for 1.8mm probe) makes it easy to maneuver around tight spaces. However, there is no articulation available for 1.6mm and 1.3mm probe diameters. The joystick control for tip articulation is integrated into the video borescope for ease of use. The VOYAGER C40 Video Borescope is equipped with software that has the needed characteristics for inspecting industrial equipment. Capturing footage is made simple with the trigger button that is located by the forefinger. Real-time and playback digital zoom makes the assessment job easier and more accurate. The 3.5 TFT monitor displays clear and detailed images of the inspection site, thanks to the HD CMOS camera chip and quality processor. The introduction of the ultra-thin probe opens up possibilities for inspections in tight spaces with higher image quality. This advancement is a noteworthy upgrade in the remote visual inspection industry.
