We are proud to announce the SIGMA 100 HD Pipe Inspection Crawler, a durable and customizable pipeline robot. This unit allows you to add or remove features to fit your specific needs. Unlike many other crawlers with fixed specs, the SIGMA 100 HD lets you choose the features that work for your job, helping you save money without sacrificing quality.
The Sigma 100 HD Pipeline Inspection Robot is designed for visual inspections of pipelines from 4" to 60" in diameter, with a working length of up to 1,640 ft (500 m). It is suited for a range of applications, including metal pipelines, storm drains, sewer mains, gas lines, and other industrial environments. Its flexible configuration means it can adapt easily to different industries. The SIGMA 100 HD offers two camera options: one with zoom and one without. Both cameras provide full HD video, laser measurement, and manual focus, with pan-and-tilt capabilities. The camera heads are IP68-rated and can be pressurized for water resistance.
The crawler runs on a 6x6 drive, powered by two electric motors. It includes sensors that monitor internal pressure, pipeline incline, turns, and tractor roll, with all data sent to the control post for easy inspection feedback.
Control options include using your own tablet with our software or a standard setup with a 17" monitor, 10" touchscreen, and joystick controls. The system also includes an integrated computer for recording inspections and generating reports.
