New Plumbing Camera MiniFlex for Narrow Pipes with Multiple Bends
Portable inspection camera with an extra small 19 mm (0.75’’) camera head and a super-flexible neck, capable of navigating multiple bends. Ideal for drains, pools, spas, sprinkler lines and other narrow diameter pipe inspections.
Most plumbing inspection cameras on the market are designed for pipe diameters of 2’’ and up. Inspecting a smaller diameter passage, particularly if it happens to have bends or P-traps may be a real headache. MiniFlex is the plumbing camera designed and built specifically for narrow pipes. Due to the tiny 19 mm camera head and the innovative flexi-tube neck the camera is able to pass through multiple 90 degree bends and turns in 1.5’’ (32 mm) pipes and through P-traps in 1.25’’ PVC pipes. The cable is waterproof and capable of withholding pressure at depths up to 100 ft. The camera head carries 12 high intensity white LED lights that provide sufficient illumination even in areas without any natural light access. The camera head, featuring a color CMOS chip, is equipped with a 512 Hz sonde in order to locate it underground or within the pipe.
The image hub of this lightweight and easy to carry inspection system includes a color 5.6’’ monitor protected with a metal encasing and a sun shield. Thanks to a built-in digital recorder, the inspection can be documented as still photos or video clips and recorded directly onto a removable SD-card. The unit includes an onscreen digital footage counter and a text generator. Power supply is provided by a rechargeable battery (up to 7 hours of work on a single charge) or via a 110V AC power adapter.
Due to its sturdy design, compact size, and a wide selection of functions, MiniFlex has every chance to become a tool of choice for those in need of a reliable plumbing camera for narrow, small diameter pipes with bends and P-traps.
