Top Notch WiFi Technology Enhances TRITON Sewer Cameras

Medit Inc. is happy to introduce the new, much demanded feature for the TRITON heavy duty sewer camera product line. Now any TRITON sewer inspection devices are available with wifi connectivity. The systems come with camera heads ranging from 7/8'' to 1.68'' (22.2 to 42.67 mm), and with cable lengths between 200' and 400' (60 to 120 meters). Additionally, TRITON imaging hub is equipped with a USB input, and an operator can record the inspection straight onto a USB stick. These sewer cameras are successfully used even when inspection conditions are very far from favourable thanks to such features as scratch proof and waterproof camera heads (up to 6 bars in fresh water), Kevlar braided push rods, click touch controls, built-in voice over recording, adjustable lighting control, self-levelling camera head (1.68'' model) and many others.

The new wifi feature not only lets the actual system operator follow the inspection live, but other team members or end customers as well as long as they are within the TRITON wifi connection range. To deliver customers ultimate convenience a special application was developed and designed. The application stands out for its clear and intuitive interface and is really fun to use. It offers the user a wide array of functions including image capture, recording, playback and export to a computer in addition to live image. In addition to that, now it is possible to e-mail the captured files right from the app! The application works just fine with both Apple (iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch) and Android based tablets and mobile phones. Thank to state of the art technology, the quality of image is amazing, while image freezing and distortions are almost ruled out.

In spite of its relatively low price the wifi feature adds significant value to Canadian built TRITON sewer camera systems, known for their reliability and solid performance even under the most adverse conditions. Wifi connectivity moves this product line above and beyond the most competitors in terms of versatility and value. The wifi connectivity is optional, although an increasing number of customers are likely to choose a system with this highly useful feature.
