The FITT Bluforce system is now completed with the new tensile resistant wide radius bends

Introduction of new antisfilament curves with class PN16 pressure.

With the introduction of the tensile resistant wide radius bends, the FITT Bluforce RJ water pipes, the first PVC-A piping system with environmental product declaration EPD, certified by SGS according to ISO 14025 and EN 15804 standards, is now a true full fledged system.

With a PN16 pressure class, the new tensile resistant bend is suitable for a wide bending radius of 45° and 90°: a solution that simplifies calculations during design, guarantees quick and safe installation, and limits the environmental and social impact of the construction site.

Moreover, the Bulldog® gasket sealing system of the tensile resistant wide radius bends allows for the installation of pipelines without the need for thrust blocks, and makes it much easier laying systems on steeply sloping or landslide-prone terrains.

The range of PN16 pressure class PVC-A tensile resistant bends is available as standard in diameters:

• 90

• 110

• 160

• 200

diameters up to 400 are also available on request.

With the new tensile resistant bend, FITT can now offer a full fledged system that efficiently meets the requirements of integrated water system utilities, designers and building companies.
