In a unique collaboration, FLEXA and AGRO have combined their expertise to develop a product that sets new standards in cable protection technology: the FLEXAquick® - Progress®. This new combination conduit fitting combines the tool-free assembly of FLEXAquick with the proven compression technology of the Progress cable gland, redefining speed, safety and efficiency.

Innovative technology for maximum performance

The FLEXAquick® - Progress® allows quick and easy installation on all FLEXA-ROHRflex corrugated conduits. At the same time, it guarantees maximum strain relief and tightness thanks to the proven compression technology of the Progress®. The EMC version Progress® EMC easyCONNECT ensures reliable 360° shield contact thanks to an integrated contact spring. This innovative technology ensures reliable dissipation of electromagnetic interference and guarantees optimum electromagnetic compatibility. It therefore offers a solution for demanding applications such as transformer stations, switchgear, control systems in automation, rail vehicles, control boxes, frequency converters, data centers, industrial plants, medical equipment, power supply networks and potentially explosive atmospheres.

Highest standards met

The new cable gland is characterized by a very high mechanical load capacity and meets protection requirements according to IP 68/IP 69. It also sets standards in terms of fire protection with certifications according to EN 45545 and NFPA.

The FLEXAquick® - Progress® is available in connection thread sizes from M16 to M63 and is compatible with corrugated hoses in diameters from OD 13 to OD 54.5, making it a flexible and adaptable solution for a wide range of applications in a variety of industries.
