Built-in pressure increasing for air cannon
AirMace has an option of the built-in pressure amplifier, which doubles the plant pressure without a dedicated compressor
In many situation air cannons working at plant air pressure of120 PSI are not effective. Moreover, because of air lines leakages and other air consumers, air pressure supplied to air cannons is even much lower than 120 PSI. Plant operators and engineers try often to avoid the installation of additional compressing unit (a dedicated compressor). AirMace air cannon overcomes all these problems. This air cannon has a feature of built-in air booster. This booster that is a part of the AirMace air cannon, doubles the plant pressure. If, for example, air pressure supplied to air cannons is 120 PSI, the AirMace air cannon will fire at the pressure of 240 PSI!. The efficiency and ability to solve the plant clogging and build-up problems increases exponentially.
