Motor wheel fixing to a flange group with exact opposite conical bearings.

Adjustable blade guide with carbide inserts and guide bearings.

Material clamping vice in cast iron, with manual hand wheel and hydraulic lock cylinder.

Head rotation with mechanical stop at 0° right and at 45° and 60° left, graduated scale for angle reading and strong locking lever.

Vice translation from right to left on linear guides and locking positioner.

Electric coolant pump, with a feed nozzle placed on each blade guide arm.

Electric cabinet with 24 VAV auxiliary tension, lockable main switch and electric drives.

Total protection against highest voltage and short circuit. Current protection level IP 55.
