Customer Case: MUC SON PAPER Implements FPI's CEMS-2000 Solution for Monitoring SO2, NOx, CO, O2

How can the high-temperature exhaust gas from the cooking process and the dust from the boilers in the paper mill be accurately monitored?

MUC SON PAPER, located in Quang Ngai, Vietnam, is a renowned paper producer and exporter, with an annual paper production capacity of 10,000 tons. During the paper manufacturing process, the cooking section generates a substantial amount of high-temperature exhaust gas, while the boilers and other processes produce pollutants like dust. According to Decree No. 40/2019/ND-CP and Circular No. 10/2021/TT-BTNMT, companies that may cause environmental pollution are required to install automatic monitoring equipment. In compliance with these regulations and to protect workers’ health in the industrial park, MUC SON PAPER needed a stable and reliable Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) to address this issue.

MUC SON PAPER selects FPI's CEMS-2000 solution for accurate monitoring of cooking waste gas and emissions including SO2, NOx, CO, O2, and dust from the boilers. By utilizing FPI's CEMS-2000, MUC SON PAPER can monitor factory emissions in real-time. Ensuring data privacy, the monitoring data is securely transmitted to the server of the Environmental Department according to customer requirements. After installation, the local environmental agency inspects, evaluates, and seals the continuous monitoring system for exhaust gas.

As a leading provider of CEMS solutions, FPI is committed to delivering excellent services and innovative environmental solutions in Vietnam. FPI will maintain a strong partnership with MUC SON PAPER, providing them with the latest technology and customized solutions. By driving technological innovation and offering advanced CEMS solutions, FPI assists customers in achieving environmental compliance and contributing to sustainable development.
