Firstly, let us to introduce about the Mini AMP connectors:

AMP 1-172336 male plug (FOK Model: L807) and AMP 1-1723343 female socket (FOK Model:L808) are 2-way 1-row natural color free-hanging Plug and socket Housing made of nylon 66 UL94V-2. It is ideal for use with mini-universal MATE-N-LOK cap housing. The contacts are fully protected in the housings. The pins and sockets can be accommodated in the same housing.

Improvements to mini amp Connector by fongkit :
Based on the Mini AMP connector L807 and L808, we have designed the two new versions of the male plug and female socket housing.

For the first version, we added an extra cover on L807 and L808, and the new model name is L809B and L810B(Max.30V/7A), so it can be much more safe when you used them for high current up to 7A.
The second new version is similar to the first new version, but it’s applied for high voltage application , and the new model name is L809A and L810A(Max.30V/7A) (Max.30V/7A). To distinguish it from the first new version, we designed different Geometrical Hindrances for the second new version, so that it can’t be mis-plug to the first new version. At the same time , we have engraved the marks 250V 7A on the housing of the second new version.

And we have applied TUV certificate for the second new version , which can guarantee its safety for high voltage application.
In a connector system , the splitter might be indispensable, so we also have designed the matched splitter boxes.
