The strength of F.lli Giacomello s.n.c. has always been the ability to establish a unique and privileged relationship with the customer. This peculiarity leads the company to customize and develop together with its interlocutor the level suitable for every need and condition of use, as happens for the IEGs: levels made to measure for the customer, for lengths and intervention points.

IEGs are electromagnetic level indicators with one or more contacts with threaded or flanged connections. They are built to guarantee maximum monitoring of the control points in the tanks. These levels are suitable for tanks containing liquids compatible with the brass tube, such as hydraulic oils or lubricants (as long as the density does not exceed 80 ° E), oils and so on, and for suitable quantities they are carried out with flanges according to the customer's design.

But how does the IEG work?

When the indicator float during its stroke meets the Reed switch incorporated in the preset point, the contact, solicited by the magnet housed in the float, opens or closes, thus having the possibility of remotely sending a luminous, acoustic recall signal or activate or stop any electrical equipment connected to it. The assembly of the indicator must be carried out in a vertical position, with the caveat that the float is at least 35mm away from the ferrous surfaces (walls, tanks etc.).

Precision and functionality, single or multiple control points, different materials to meet the various application requests are all characteristics that make this level the best answer to every need.
