The IEG-1P / IEG-2P levels exactly reflect these principles.
Manufactured to guarantee with maximum safety the minimum or maximum level of liquids in tanks, hydraulic power units containing mineral oils with viscosity not higher than 80 ° E; they are also suitable for diesel fuel and all other non-corrosive and flammable liquids and are particularly suitable for water and oxidizing liquids.
How do they work?
When the indicator float in its travel meets the built-in Reed switch at the pre-set point, the contact, solicited by the magnet housed in the float, opens or closes, thus having the possibility of sending a luminous, acoustic call signal at a distance or activate or interrupt any electrical equipment connected to it.
The indicator must be mounted in a vertical position, with the warning that the float is at least 30mm from the ferrous surfaces (walls, tanks, etc.). It can be placed directly in the lid or on the bottom of the tank, to check the maximum or minimum level.
The IEG-1P / IEG2P are extremely versatile, in fact through a tube with extension function, it is possible to obtain a level switch with a selected intervention point.
Another interesting feature of this product, which testifies its versatility, is the possibility of reversing the contact from N.CH. at N.A. simply by removing the lower stop and turning the float upside down.
