Meteor – Tracked Hydraulic Drilling Machine

The Hydraulic Tracked Drilling Machine, Meteor, is an electric machine with hydraulic hammers, controled remotely, autonomously and with data collection system (industry 4.0).

This machine developed by Fravizel features a plate with 3 hammers on the same column with an automatic hammer advance control system (patented system) and autonomous lateral movement (almost 6m). This system allows to manage the drilling power of each hammer individually, making the compensation so that the 3 hammers have identical levels of profitability and productivity. It is estimated that, with Meteor, it is possible to achieve a reduction in energy consumption of up to 51%, being a machine.
