Among the phases necessary for the extraction of stone (figure 1), Fravizel equipment intervenes in all quarry phases.

The diamond wire is a highly flexible cutting process and is becoming more and more efficient, with better quality and more adapted to different types of stones.

Combined with machines with technologies that allow a correct definition of the cutting parameters (digitalization of the production), adapted to the types and characteristics of the stones, the diamond wire tends to become the preferred cutting method.

The Tracked Diamond Wire Machine is used for cutting the bench after the drilling phase. It presents a great advantage and innovation because it allows to work in reduced spaces and also because the cable stretches upwards. It consists of a robust metallic structure and is equipped with tracks that give it mobility for traveling, without depending on other resources.

The machine allows you to adjust its position when cutting (tilt of the tower), make cuts in the vertical position and cuts in the horizontal position.

This equipment represents an added value for those who own it, given that:

• Technology available from 30 to 100 horsepower (22 to 75kW)

• Easy to cut in narrow areas due to the technology of stretching the wire, in the vertical column

• Mobility;

• Increased cutting productivity;

• Cuts 3cm from the floor;

• Adjustment of various positions with stabilizers and slopes when cutting;

• It is commanded by radio command, giving greater security to the operator;

• Stops automatically if the diamond wire breaks;

• Automatically stops if the water runs out to cool the diamond cable;

• Performs the management and memorization of data regarding cutting time, length and height of cut, productivity control and longevity of the diamond wire;

• Ease of assembly.
