Tracked Drilling Machine (MPL)- Crater

A mobile drilling machine with electric controls for transforming the dough into blocks

The Tracked Drilling Machine is a mobile drilling machine with electric controls for transforming the dough into blocks. The machine is based on a metallic structure with rubber tracks, where the entire cutting mechanism is made up of three or four pneumatic hammers that make sequential holes automatically for subsequent fracture of the rock mass by them.

This machine developed by Fravizel was designed based on a previous study of the real needs of potential consumers so that, in addition to innovation and productivity, it can add value, not only to the final product, but to the entire extraction and transformation process, which allows simultaneous organizational improvements.

In the squaring operation, the Track Drilling Machine allows:

• Decreased time for handling and putting into service;

• Self-propelled because it does not depend on other machines to position itself;

• Hydraulic leveling that allows you to adjust the start of the cut more quickly;

• Working with four hammers increasing productivity;

• Automatic cutting in the machine's available horizontal stroke, without operator intervention.
