Fuji Electric unveils its measurement technologies for hydrogen

At the Hyvolution trade show, Fuji Electric will showcase its pressure sensors, gas analyzers, flowmeters and temperature probes dedicated to hydrogen applications.

Fuji Electric France will participate in Hyvolution Paris 2026, the leading international trade show for hydrogen, held from January 27 to 29, 2026 at the Porte de Versailles exhibition center. At stand K39, the company will highlight its measurement solutions designed to support the scale-up of hydrogen infrastructures, from production to distribution.
The technologies presented by Fuji Electric offer concrete answers to the performance, safety and reliability challenges of hydrogen-based industrial environments. The FKC differential pressure transmitter, equipped with the Hydroseal membrane, is designed to limit hydrogen permeation in critical contexts such as electrolysis, fuel cell manufacturing or high-pressure storage. The FKR gauge pressure transmitter features a gold-plated membrane, offering outstanding resistance up to 150 MPa, making it ideal for hydrogen networks including compression, distribution and high-pressure systems.

For gas mixture control, Fuji Electric also presents its range of gas analyzers, including the ZAF thermal conductivity model, capable of measuring various gases including hydrogen, and available in an ATEX version for explosive environments. The ZAJ model, based on paramagnetic technology, provides precise oxygen monitoring, essential for process safety and performance.

The company also highlights its flow and temperature measurement instruments. The compact ultrasonic flowmeter S-Flow, with no moving parts, is well suited to critical fluids and ideal for hydrogen skids or energy monitoring. The V-Cone flowmeter ensures stable measurement even in complex hydraulic conditions. Finally, the PT100 temperature probe provides reliable and accurate thermal monitoring, essential for managing hydrogen production, compression and storage systems.

Through this broad portfolio, Fuji Electric reaffirms its position as a strategic technology partner for industries committed to the energy transition and the development of the hydrogen sector.
