WONDER Motor with Perfect Insulation System and Brand Bearings

* Perfect Insulation System
WONDER always use high grade copper wire and best insulation materials such as slot liners, slot separators, phase separators, wedges, banding tapes, impregnating media, etc. In addition to aging test, other tests such as melting temperature, tensile strength, resistance to heat shock, cut through resistance, etc., are also performed to ensure that the insulation system can withstand known operating conditions.
What’s more, to adhere to the concept of energy saving, Wonder has applied VFD to the design and production process of our products. In order to resist to the harmful effects to the insulation system caused by voltage spikes, Wonder motors are fitted with class H copper wire (200℃), insulated bearings and insulated end shield. Wonder motors can run normally when frequency is between 30-60Hz, thus there’s no need to install forced ventilator.
* Brand Bearings
Ball bearings, NU bearings, angular contact bearings or enlarged bearings are selected according to different frame sizes of Wonder motor. All bearings are of SKF, NTN or NSK brand.
All motors are with locked bearing in the D-end. Motors of different frame sizes will be fitted with circlip, galvanized steel cover or bearing cover. In front of the ND-end bearing, a spring washer is mounted to make a proper preload of the bearing and minimize the shaft migration.
Open bearings and grease nipples or life-time lubricated bearings are optional. All standard lubrication nipples are in brass or stainless steel material suitable for all environment.
