When a customer understands what tools s/he needs, sky's the limit. And when we are talking about deep-box forming, such as tanks and home appliances, the best tool is a press brake with extraordinary, 900-mm tall intermediate adapters!
This one is an X-Press 100 t/2500 mm (ca. 8'3"), with a 1300-mm daylight (ca. 4'3"). It's equipped with the ECO+ package, that unites energy saving to speed increase. It also boasts the ACSG2 real-time crowning, that allows for a constant angle all over the bending length. And, the brand-new AIC AirSlide tool clamping system, that allows to easily position intermediate adapters over the entire ram in any configuration, with no air pipes.
This machine has been acclaimed during our Open House in May, and now it's ready to be shipped to the client, who will surely know how to get the most out of it.
