Gates Corporation (NYSE: GTES), a global manufacturer of innovative, highly engineered power transmission and fluid power solutions, further extends its hydraulic portfolio with the introduction of DIN 3015 clamps. For hydraulic system designers and installers, sourcing tube routing components from a separate supplier has long meant added complexity, split orders, and compatibility concerns. The new range eliminates this challenge while also complementing Gates offering beyond tube and hose connections to include secure tube clamping solutions as an integral part of hydraulic installations.

In any hydraulic installation, unsecured tubes are a liability. Vibration, pressure pulses, and external loads cause movement that, over time, leads to wear, fatigue, and leaks. DIN 3015 clamps address this by anchoring tubes firmly to machine frames or mounting surfaces, maintaining orderly routing and protecting connections throughout the system’s service life.

Make the right connections
The Gates DIN 3015 clamp range covers three series to match the demands of different environments:
• Standard (DIN 3015/1): Suitable for general industrial hydraulic installations where moderate vibration and load conditions apply.
• Heavy (DIN 3015/2): Designed for more demanding environments, such as mobile equipment and applications with higher vibration or mechanical stress.
• Twin (DIN 3015/3): Enables two tubes to be secured together in a single clamp, ideal for space-constrained routing in complex installations.

All series are available in profiled and smooth designs, across a broad selection of sizes and materials with compatible mounting solutions for a wide variety of industrial and mobile hydraulic applications.

Designed to complement Gates hydraulic tubing, tube fittings and hose solutions, the tube clamp range expands the company’s port to port hydraulic offering, while maintaining alignment with established industry standards.
