Brand new are the powerful orbital cleaner Tornado 4, with a cleaning diameter of up to 33 m, and the compact orbital cleaner Twister, fitting through tank openings of just 100 mm in diameter.

In the hygienic process industry, requirements in tank cleaning have changed over the past few years. Today, efficiency and sustainability are much more in focus. At the same time, processors also demanded continual improvements of cleaning results as they paid ever-increasing attention to the critical importance of hygiene in their product processing, and its impact on sales and profits. The specially designed cleaning heads require a minimum of cleaning liquids and achieve a strong, mechanical spray pattern for best results. Almost all units can optionally be used in hazardous areas.

The majority of cleaners are driven entirely by the cleaning fluid without necessity of external energy.

A specially developed sensor system that can be mounted to the vessel is used for monitoring the function of orbital cleaners. If within a defined period of time no change of liquid passing the sensor is detected, the output signal of the sensor changes and gives a malfunction as feedback.
