GEFRAN 650 – 1250 – 1350: PID Controllers that talk to you

The new models 650 / 1250 / 1350 in 1/16 DIN, 1/8 DIN and 1/4 DIN format, are the latest in the new generation of Gefran controllers and offer a wide range of functions and performance levels. A solution in which everything can be customized: faceplate and LCD, messages, logo, horizontal bargraph (1250/1350) and display brightness.

The alphanumeric display lets you set custom messages in your language, according to the application and terminology you know best. Even the operator interface''s colors can be customized based on the application or on the company colors of the machine on which the controller is installed.

Series 650 / 1250 /1350 controllers are extremely easy to use and configure, making them plug & play. They can be configured with the device off without a PC by means of an exclusive hand held programmer (Zapper) or from a PC with the GF_eXpress configuration software, making them easier to connect and saving time. For a fast and easy access to the main technical info a specific APP is available for IOS and Android devices.

In addition, these new Gefran controllers have an integrated energy counter that displays consumption (kW/h) in the work zone, so that the user can constantly check energy consumption without having to use additional devices.

These controllers offer a wide range of scalable functions and options such as heat/cool control with alarms, timer and multiple set point, actuator work cycle counter with alarms, ramp and soak controller with event outputs, velocity mode valve control, analog retransmission of process variables and serial communication on RS 485. For further customization are available up to 16 logic Function Blocks ready to use.
