Designed for internal cylinder installation, the transducer provides the constant monitoring of the piston stroke, ensuring safety and enabling optimized working cycles.

RK5 has been developed on the Gefran patented ONDA technology. Being built without internal sliding parts and having an hermetically sealed structure, RK5 guarantees the absence of wear of its mechanical parts and IP69 protection degree.

The sensing element and the electronics, integrated into the sensor, have been designed to meet the mobile hydraulic requirements. Indeed the standards in terms of component robustness towards the capability to withstand to strong mechanical shock and vibrations are higher compare to those required by the industrial applications.

RK5 is 360° compatible with the hydraulic cylinders existing on the market and with all the possible cursor solution. Particularly in the accessory set are provided a series of magnets that are both functional for new sensor installations and existing seats.

RK5 is available with strokes from 50mm to 2500mm, with voltage and current analog output. Temperature range from -40°C to + 105°C.
