World novelty: the C.B.S. Compact Bender Stick

The Compact Bender Stick weighs less than 10 kg, can uncomplicatedly and easily be handled by one person and be transported in a small carrying case. The tool is

applicable in the workshop as well as on the building site. Despite the little weight, the C.B.S. comes with a voltage of 14,8 volt and a pressure of 400 bar and therefore a power potential up to 8 tons. With this potential it can dislocate or position a piece with a lift up to 85 mm.

Furthermore the Compact Bender Stick can for example adjust or straighten a frame or a rail, bend pipes and even edge flat and round material. The tool is powered by a battery and when completely charged it can perform up to 150 lifts.

With two handle bars and according two buttons the C•B•S. can be used horizontally and vertically.

As a set up there are optional add-ons that offer further applications: By a simple

extension that can be screwed to the tool the minimal distance of 325 mm gets

significantly bigger when used to straighten.

The universal hydraulic press can over this be equipped with a bending-straightening facility. The back fitting is carried out within seconds and without tool kit. After the back fitting the C•B•S weigh 15 kg. The range of application included also bending or the adjustment of railing. Pipes can be straightened or deformation after welding can be corrected. A special material preserving attachment avoids for example the scratching of the metal pieces.

The C•B•S can be used with a welding table. Appropriately fixed the C•B•S holds,

straights, bends or edges every piece an material with a power potential of up to 8

tons.

The C.B.S. is not only small and handy but also husky. It can be used as a hydraulic press as well as a tube bending machine.
