Raw MSW sorting plant

The raw municipal solid waste is conveyed to the pre-shredder by the conveyor for coarse crushing, and the crushed material enters the trommel screen for screening, and the oversized material > 40mm is separated by magnetic separator and air separator to obtin metals, heavy materials and light materials, among which the light materials are sent to the fine shredder for fine shredding to obtain a size suitable for recycling. The undersize < 40mm screened out by the trommel screen and the heavy material sorted out by the winnowing machine are sent back to the landfill.

Landfill MSW sorting plant

The Landfill municipal solid waste is transported to the trommel screen for screening, and the oversize > 40mm is sent to the pre-shredder, winnowing machine and fine shredder for crushing, sorting and fine crushing in sequence, and the obtained light combustibles are compressed to make into alternative fuels; the metals selected by the magnetic separator are recycled; the heavy inerts such as building materials separated by the winnowing system can be used for roadbed materials and recycled building materials; the sieve under 40mm is used as landfill soil, humus soil, etc.
