New product: Fine dust particle measurement PSYS including sensors

GETT goes Industry 4.0

In contrast to conventional systems, the system allows the connection of up to ten particle sensors. This means ten relevant test points can be measured and evaluated simultaneously.

The system can also be optionally expanded with further particle sensors.

The sensor data are processed and analyzed in the HUB-GM100, recording the concentration and frequency of particles PM1.0, PM 2.0, PM 4.0 and PM10.0 in size. The data can be transmitted by cable or wirelessly to the IT environment and also to

a cloud environment. Thanks to its standard interfaces, the HUB-GM100 can also be connected to existing machines and systems in order to correlate additional production data (including temperature, humidity, and air pressure).

An intuitive user interface is available for visualization and operation. Here you can access both live and the historical data.

This makes the overall pSYS system an optimal building block that enables an almost real-time analysis of particle concentrations.
