ESYS COMPLETE SYSTEM FOR CURRENT MEASUREMENT (MOUNTING IN HOUSING)

The complete system "eSYS" from the product family "Smart4Hub" is especially developed for applications in the industry 4.0 environment to be able to

to be installed in the machine in a separate housing.

The system has - in contrast to conventional systems - the possibility to connect up to 12 current sensors. Thus

12 relevant current patterns are measured and evaluated simultaneously. The sensor data are processed in the HUB-EN100 and stored in the HUB-GM100

analyzed. Data can be transferred to the IT environment or even to a cloud environment via cable or wireless.

Thanks to its standard interfaces, the HUB-EN100 can also be connected to existing machines and systems in order to correlate additional production data. An intuitive user interface is available for visualization and condition monitoring. Both live and historical data can be accessed here.

The eSYS is DIN Rail mountable. The complete system eSYS is therefore an optimal component of the digitalized factory to enable preventive maintenance, monitoring of downtimes and process times as well as to determine power consumption.
