GGR''s 20 tonne zero emissions pick and carry crane joins team at chess plastics

The F200E Plus is the newest addition to GGR''s range of battery powered pick and carry cranes and is proving to be a popular choice for handling, carrying, assembling, installing and removing machinery components. Chess Plastics previously hired the F200E Plus model from GGR to see how it fared fitting 7 tonne steel moulds to their injection moulding machines. They were so pleased with the crane''s performance that they decided to invest in one to permanently use inside their Droitwich factory.

The zero emissions F200E Plus mobile industrial crane can work at a 6 metre radius, lift to a 9 metre maximum height and is ideal for working in factory environments where space is an issue or access is restricted. The Chess Plastics team found the crane''s radio remote control a particularly useful feature as it allowed them to install the moulds with great accuracy.

At just 2295mm wide, the F200E Plus model features front wheel drive and 180° rear hydraulic turning, making it easy to navigate around obstacles in congested working areas. The crane includes a range of first class safety features as well as removable counterweights for easier transportation and operating on low point loading areas.

GGR''s range of pick and carry cranes are designed to lift, shift and place loads of up to 25 tonnes without the need for outriggers. These battery powered compact cranes are ideal for lifting in confined, sensitive and clean environments as they don''t emit any fumes and are quiet to operate. These fume-free machines have worked in workshops, factories, power plants, busy construction sites, food manufacturing sites, water treatment plants, schools, hospitals, department stores, museums and more.
