GIVI MISURE PRESENTS GVS 200, THE SELF-ALIGNED OPTOMAGNETIC SCALE WITH HIGH PERFORMANCES

Since 1979, the Italian company produces optical scales, rotary encoders, magnetic systems, digital readouts and position controllers.

Continuous investments in R&D, together with the constant monitoring of market needs, have recently brought to the introduction of GVS scales.

GVS is a completely new line of self-aligned scales, designed to offer high performances and stability over time, even under heavy usage conditions.

GVS scales were specifically studied for synchronized press brakes, but their notable characteristics make them suitable for many other applications.

Resolutions up to 0.1 µm, accuracy grade up to ± 1 µm and backlash error below 0.2 µm; each scale undergoes severe tests and is supplied with a metrological certificate as a further proof of its high quality.

The new scale is realized in four versions. Optical or magnetic, with incremental or absolute reading, GVS scales are symmetric and interchangeable with each other; without bringing any mechanical modification, OEMs can choose the most suitable model for the machine to be equipped.

GVS scales will be added to the already wide range of GIVI MISURE products that, since more than thirty-five years, are sold and have after-sale service in any industrialized country.
