Anticipate the impact of extreme weather conditions

To face environmental challenges and exceptional climatic phenomena, GMT Group-AKHELEC has developed a new integrated stainless steel rainwater filtration system for HVA/HVB transformers. The system has been developed to ensure continuous filtration even in the event of exceptional rainfall. Equipped with sensors that monitor water levels within the FBOX, operators are alerted as soon as intervention is required. Real-time monitoring considerably reduces the risk of hydrocarbon pollution, helping to enhance plant safety.

Quick and easy installation

The FBOX connected filter system can be installed inside the pit if the volume is sufficient, or outside, directly against the wall. This minimizes installation and connection work.

Compact and lightweight, installation is quick and easy. It reduces site work duration and earthworks.

Real time tracking to optimise your maintenance operations

The unit comprises a pre-filter, 4 FILTRELEC F15® filters, a safety by-pass and 2 level sensors connected to the alarm and control system.

It features two alarm levels.

- 1st level: Triggered when the filtration cartridges on the lower level are saturated.

- 2nd level: Triggered when the 2nd stage can no longer evacuate exceptional rainfall. Urgent maintenance operation is required.

Remote control reduces the need for physical maintenance operations.
