GOIZPER GROUP seals the takeover of GUIBE S.A

GUIBE has been integrated into GOIZPER''s industrial business to complement the customised offer of distinctive and global Power Transmission components that the company already offers on the market (Brakes, Clutches, Turning systems, Cams, Lifts, etc.).

GUIBE founded in 1976, is one of the best-placed companies in the market of planetary Gear Units, Gears, Mechanical Jacks, couplings, etc. for a wide range of sectors: steelworks, mining, food, paper, wood, plastic, renewable energies, transport, etc.

This addition to GOIZPER GROUP forms part of its strategic objectives and contributes to Goizper''s increasing internationalisation, as demonstrated by the opening of new regional offices in Germany and in Wuxi (China).
